Police and local sources said the body of Ebadat Ali, 55, was recovered from his home at Boalia village in Alamdanga upazilla, hanging from a bamboo cross beam. Police also recovered the body of Jahanara, 45, Ebadat’s wife, with many hacking wounds from the same house. After initial inquest, police established time of the killing is at 9:30pm on Wednesday. The bodies have been sent to Chuadanga Sadar Hspital for autopsy.
