Paist of Elk Grove, Calif., and the stepdaughter of Dennis T. Dugan. Mr. Merrill, 35, works as a director of marketing at Imminent Digital, a Manhattan-based technology start-up that developed a platform that helps companies engage with their employees. He is the son of Jan H. Merrill and Jim A. Merrill of Manhattan.
