Christchurch's old IRD building to become healthcare and research facility

Huadu International Management Group has bought the former Inland Revenue building and plans to redevelop it as a training and research medical facility specialising in dementia care. Supplied The old Inland Revenue building is now set to become a healthcare and research facility. It is also behind plans for an international language school in the old Christchurch court building, and is building the luxury Cranmer Gardens apartments opposite Cranmer Square. Huadu Developments expects to start its redevelopment of the old Inland Revenue building in early 2021.
