Christchurch property overrun with rubbish sparks complaints

By Chelsea DanielsThe Christchurch City Council is following up on complaints about a property that's overrun with rubbish. The Addington address is bursting at the seams with donated whiteware, bicycles, scrap metal and other items. There's not a spare piece of ground on the section - the house is surrounded by piles of items. The house tenant, who calls himself Pastor Philip, says the goods are being ripped apart and recycled for charity. He admits a lot of the stuff, which he says has been donated, is absolute rubbish.
