One of central Christchurch's old Sol Square buildings will be demolished after a deliberately lit fire caused "extreme damage". John Kirk-Anderson Fire Investigator Mark Thomas said there were signs of people living in the derelict SOL Square building. Tuam Ventures receiver, BDO's Stephen Tubbs, said the building would be demolished.
