Remember when United Airlines was “in crisis”? “United’s stock falls 1.1%, wipes out $255 million off the airline’s market cap,” Marketwatch reported in the middle of Tuesday night. Americans don’t think much of any of their legacy airlines — American, Delta and United — but United seems to be the consensus worst. American dominates Philadelphia; Delta dominates Atlanta; United dominates Houston. A man who really, really wanted to get to Louisville got knocked around and dragged off an airplane for no reason except the airline decided a deadheading flight attendant needed his seat.
