Roads in Mueang Chon Buri Municipality areas and Ban Suan Municipality areas had been flooded since early morning. The Sookprayoon-Chon Buri road in Tambon Napa of Mueang Chon Buri district was under some 30 to 40 centimetres of water. Sukhumvit road, from Chalerm Thai mall intersection, the Ban Suan market intersection in front of Chon Buri Hospital, and Chonraj Amrung were under warter. In Si Racha district, a big tree was toppled by strong winds, blocking the Lao Moo Na Prao-Nong Ya Bu road. Workers took about half-an-hour to cut and remove it from the road.
