Kelly, fired last month by the San Francisco 49ers after one season, interviewed with the Jacksonville Jaguars before they decided to hire Doug Marrone, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports. Now, with only the 49ers job remaining open in the NFL, the options for the former Oregon coach are limited. It’s pretty simple for me: You can never leave your players during the season.
