MANILA, Philippines — A Chinese woman was arrested after arguing with traffic enforcers and hitting them with an umbrella at the intersection of Jupiter Street and Makati Avenue in Barangay Bel-Air in Makati. The incident was captured in a video that went viral on Facebook social media on Tuesday. The traffic enforcers tried to handcuff her to stop her from hitting other people, but she resisted. According to the Makati City Police Station, the suspect is currently detained at the Police Community Precinct 6 in Poblacion, Makati. However, they confirmed that the woman is a Chinese citizen.
