President Xi Jinping and President Duterte met twice last year, setting the strategic course for the steady growth of China-Philippines relationship,” Huang said in his remarks at the celebration of the Chinese New Year, Wednesday night. Last year alone, he noted that more than 1.5 million Chinese nationals visited the Philippines.
