NEWSROOM (ADV) – On Wednesday, the Ethiopian Highways Authority (EHA) signed an agreement for the construction of a US $ 33 million road with China’s Sinohydro Corporation. “Funding for the cement and bitumen road construction project will be provided by the African Development Bank and Middle Eastern funding sources,” EHA said. The Ethiopian government is implementing major road infrastructure projects, with the goal of increasing the 100,000-kilometer main road network in 2015 to 200,000 kilometers in 2020.
