The Chinese envoy met the premier at the latter's Cabinet Division office in the Bangladesh Secretariat here at 12.30pm, Prime Minister's Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Ruman confirmed BSS. Ruman said that China has welcomed Prime Minister Tarique Rahman's 'Bangladesh First' foreign policy. The Chinese envoy assured that his country would continue all kinds of cooperation to safeguard Bangladesh's sovereignty.
