The Philippine government has been forging ahead with its “Build, build, build” strategy, pursuing social-economic progress, improving the people’s welfare, and securing an excellent Asean chairmanship. About one month ago, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang paid an successful official visit to the Philippines, the first of this kind in a decade. Please bear in mind that when the Philippines prepares to take off, China would always like to be the wings that give strength. China has been, is and always will be firmly supporting the Philippines’ fight against illicit drugs and terrorism. China already provided the Philippines with drug detecting and testing equipment and various training programs for PNP, NBI and PDEA officials.
