Share TweetBy Erma EderaNew Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian said that the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the ruling party in the Philippines, the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan (PDP-Laban) should share their government practices and to have more interaction to improve the capacity for governance in their countries. The Chinese embassy said the envoy made the statement in a speech during the thematic briefing on the Fourth Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China (CPC) held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Makati on Friday. He said that importance of sharing experiences of governance would “serve the people better”. The meeting was also attended by Wang Ning, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee.
