China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) +NEW DELHI: Chinese investors are reportedly very impressed with what they call 'Punjab speed', a reference to the speedy decision making of Shahbaz Sharif , the chief minister of Pakistan's Punjab province. The accolades for him gushed forth from the delegation of Chinese investment firms. Shahbaz called a metro train project in Lahore "a precious gift of the Chinese president and prime minister for Pakistan". And the, he said, "had given a new dimension to economic relations between the two countries. He said Pakistan was among the year's global top 10 improvers in the 'Doing Business 2017' report.
