China Crude Imports Rise 7.6% On-Year in April


Imports of refined oil product in April totaled 2.51 million tons, an increase of 1.6% compared with last year. In April, China imported 32.58 million metric tons of crude oil, equivalent to 7.96 million barrels a day, preliminary data from the General Administration of Customs showed Sunday. Exports of refined products jumped 36% on-year, reaching 3.68 million tons, the data showed. China's crude exports fell 41% on-year in April to 260,000 tons, according to the preliminary data.
