KUALA LUMPUR (April 8): Chin Hin Group Property Bhd (KL:CHGP) has celebrated the topping out of Solarvest Suites, a 34-storey premium office and lifestyle development in Bangsar South, according to a press statement issued on April 7. The project, which has a gross development value (GDV) of RM235 million, has already achieved a 90% take-up rate. “Solarvest Suites reflects our vision of blending functionality, lifestyle, and sustainability in one vibrant workspace. Celebrating its topping out is a proud moment for us, as it brings the project closer to completion and is ready to serve the growing demand for modern office spaces in Bangsar South,” said group chief executive officer Chang Tze Yoong. The development is located 300 metres from the Universiti LRT station and a future MRT station, and includes a direct link bridge to KL Gateway Mall.
