New guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health state that the tests will include children with pneumonia, who will be prioritised for the coronavirus test. Child health services such as immunisation will continue through this period, while immunisation campaigns will be organised after the pandemic. The ministry noted that persons with underlying health conditions who are at high risk of Covid-19 deaths should continue to access regular medications and essential health services.
