Blacktown Council's 24 Kids’ Early Learning centres will open their doors to the public next week. Blacktown Council is throwing open the doors of its Kids’ Early Learning services for a free open night on October 17, 6.15-7.45pm. “Kids’ Early Learning has been owned and operated by Blacktown Council for more 40 years. It offers a range services for children aged between six weeks and 12 years old including long day care, preschool, family day care, before and after school care, and vacation care. Each service offers Ready for School and Ready for Life programs that develop children’s communication and language, physical, personal, social, and emotional skills.
