Photo: BigstockThe girl was married four months agoA 15-year-old girl's body was found hanging from the window grill of her husband's house in Manda upazila of Naogaon on Friday evening. The deceased Jakia Sultana Sumi, 15, daughter of Jahidur Rahman, was married four months ago, according to Jakia's family. Police arrested her husband Wahed Ali, as her parents claimed that the girl was strangled to death and her body was left hanging from the window grill to make it look like a suicide. Manda police station Officer-in-Charge Md Tarekur Rahman Sarkar said: "Police detained Wahed and brought him to the police station. A case has been filed in this regard.”
