NAMIBIAN songstress Chikune bagged her very first African Muzik Magazine Awards (Afrimma) accolade on Saturday when she scooped the Best Southern Africa trophy from hot contenders from across the region. The bubbly singer is now gearing up to take Africa by storm, saying that she is ready to break into other markets. Soon after the announcement of the winners, the 'Kapana' songstress took to Facebook to thank her fans for making the win possible. With this award, Chikune now has hopes of breaking into other African markets. Other winners at this year's Afrimmas included South African rapper AKA who won Best Male Southern Africa, Kenya's Sauti Sol who won Best African Group as well as Nigeria's Flavour who won Best Artist of The Year.
