Kansas City Chiefs rookie safety Juan Thornhill sustained a torn ACL in the team’s regular-season finale, coach Andy Reid confirmed on Monday. Thronhill was injured in a non-contact situation during the first half of Kansas City’s 31-21 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday. Thornhill, 24, recorded 57 tackles, three interceptions and a touchdown while starting all 16 games this season since being selected by Kansas City in the second round of the April draft.
