Speaking at the colorful event, Nana Amihere Blay II, stated that one of his priorities was to empowering school children in the community through ICT. She assured the community that she would appeal to the board members of the company to renovate the AB Bokazo basic school and support the community to build the ICT centre for the students. The Member of Parliament (MP) for Ellembelle Constituency, Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah, commended the Chief and his people for such a laudable vision to get ICT centre and library for schoolchildren in the area. Armah-Kofi Buah who is also the Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, further promised to support the school with computers when the ICT centre is completed. A fundraiser was held in aid of the ICT centre and the library.
