The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is warning the public about a brand of frozen chicken strips. JD Sweid Foods (2013) Ltd., is recalling Hampton House brand chicken strips from the marketplace, due to an error in the preparation instructions on the label. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CIFA) website says the product "may contain harmful bacteria that might cause food illnesses." The affected chicken strips were sold in 1.5 kilogram boxes and have best–before dates from Jan. 20, 2018 to Feb. 11, 2018. Recalled product should be returned to the store where it was purchased."
