England county team Nottinghamshire signed up Indian Test batsman Cheteshwar Pujara as short-term cover for James Pattinson, who will join up with the Australian team this month. Pujara will join Nottinghamshire in mid-May. He was in phenomenal form during India's long home Test season, breaking several records. Pujara broke Gautam Gambhir's eight-year-old record for most runs in a home Test season. Later on against Australia, while Kohli struggled to get among the runs, Pujara stood out again with knocks of 92 and 202.
