★★★★☆You haven’t really arrived as a hot young Hollywood star until you’ve played a heroin addict. Think of Leonardo DiCaprio in The Basketball Diaries, Angelina Jolie in Gia and Heath Ledger in Candy. There are few young Hollywood stars hotter than Tom Holland right now. And although he has consistently delivered an effective Spider-Man in the Marvel franchise and provided some touching vocals on Pixar’s Onward, the British actor has not, so far, come close to being tested as a performer.
