The incident happened at Pegasus Engineering, in the Izone Business Hub, Rolleston, about 12.30pm on Friday, June 9. JOSEPH JOHNSON/FAIRFAX NZ WorkSafe is investigating the death at Pegasus Engineering. Pegasus Engineering general manager Simon Williamson earlier declined to comment. Leighs managing director Anthony Leighs said while the hospital incident "technically" involved Pegasus Engineering, "it wasn't a result of any Pegasus action".
