“It’s a learning experience,” says Chef Samir Singla of Uncle Sam’s Kitchen. Singla has been a part of Superchef Chennai from it’s design and inception stage, back in 2013. In addition to the cook-off, the event also involves an international food carnival, bringing music, food and international dishes under one roof at Amir Mahal, Royapettah. Proceeds will go to various health and education initiatives of Round Table 49. Registrations for SuperChef Chennai 2018 are open till January 31.
