Chelsea summer transfer target Robert Lewandowski has dropped a major hint over a possible exit from Bayern Munich. Lewandowski netted 41 goals in Bundesliga action, as Hans-Dieter Flick’s side cruised to the league title in 2021, bringing him up to an eye-watering 203 league goals in 219 games in Bavaria. However, despite his record-smashing exploits in the last 12 months, the former Borussia Dortmund hitman is rumoured to be open to one final career challenge. Despite turning 33 this summer, Lewandowski remains one of the deadliest finishers in world football, and Chelsea are trailing him ahead of the 2021/22 season. I feel very good at Bayern, the city is superb, it’s a great club”, he told an interview with Canal Plus.
