Chelsea are in the market for a new midfielder to allow Cesc Fabregas to leave the club. Fabregas has agreed to join Monaco in the summer but is keen on switching to the Ligue 1 side this month. Chelsea will not allow the Spaniard to go until they have got a replacement in for him. And the two most likely candidates appear to be Cagliari’s Nicolo Barella and Zenit St Petersburg’s Leandro Paredes.
