Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri this week admitted he will have to rest stars like Eden Hazard more as the Europa League goes on. Former Napoli boss Sarri would like to see teams who play in Europe on Thursday have their next league game pushed back to Monday as happens in Italy. But instead he is likely to really start ringing the changes and leaving more main men out. Sarri named a strong side for Chelsea's opening Europa League win against PAOK Salonika on Thursday, with only star man Hazard, David Luiz, Mateo Kovacic and Emerson Palmieri not making the trip to Greece.
