Chelsea have been told to sanction a move for wantaway Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani, because the veteran striker will help Tammy Abraham’s development. Cavani put a host of teams on red alert over the weekend by handing in a transfer request at the Parc des Princes.
