The Germany international has emerged as a surprise target for Premier League runners-up Arsenal as Mikel Arteta looks to bolster his attacking options this summer. The Gunners are also working on other deals and, according to the Daily Telegraph, have tabled their first bid for Havertz, which has been turned down by Chelsea. Havertz has endured a mixed spell at Stamford Bridge, scoring the winner in a Champions League final but only contributing 32 goals overall. But Havertz looks set to leave Chelsea and is now also attracting interest from Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich, according to Sky Germany.
