The first game against Valencia was like a schoolboy game, it could have been 12 each,’ the former England manager told BT Sport. ‘The lads were getting carried away with this overflowing, energetic football and it effects the senior players,’ said Cole. ‘Because it hasn’t been many times this season where I have had to say “we kind of got away with that”.
