The Premier League champions looked to be heading into the second leg of the Champions League last-16 tie with the lead after Willian’s brilliant strike in the 62nd minute at Stamford Bridge. Speaking about Christensen’s error, Conte told BT Sport: ‘I think that we were very close to a perfect game. ‘When you make mistake against Barca – against players like Messi, [Luis] Suarez and Iniesta – you have to pay. He added: ‘I think the second leg we have to play again against Barcelona and this team is very strong, fantastic team but I think the final result is open.
