Chelsea midfielder Kante passed out after Friday’s training session and was immediately attended to by doctors. That was the reason Kante missed Chelsea’s defeat at Manchester City on Sunday as medics were initially concerned about heart problems and carried out a full check-up - which came back clear. Chelsea missed Kante at the Etihad but are confident there will be no further problems.
