Chelsea have been criticised by a football performance coach for allowing an ‘inexperienced’ trainer to work with professional players. It comes amid a difficult injury crisis for the Blues, with a number of key players currently sidelined because of fitness concerns. That’s because coach Ed Hodge - who is said to have worked closely with Trevoh Chalobah in the past - has hit out at the two-time European champions, claiming they’ve allowed an ‘inexperienced reformer teacher’ into their camp. Posting on his Instagram account, Hodge reacted to a photo of a Chelsea player stretching by saying: “Really concerned to see Chelsea have an inexperienced reformer teacher on-site teaching pro players.
