Chelsea head coach Frank Lampard is still going full throttle in the transfer window and has reportedly asked midfielder Mateo Kovacic about his Croatian team-mate Marcelo Brozovic. Inter Milan want to sell the midfielder to fund their own spending spree and a host of top European clubs are interested. But 90min claims Chelsea wants to add a new midfielder and Lampard has asked Kovacic about the 27-year-old. Chelsea will take their summer spending over £200million this week when Kai Havertz completes his move from Bayer Leverkusen. Attackers Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner were the first new arrivals at Stamford Bridge ahead of the upcoming season.
