Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has made it clear that Lille defensive midfielder Boubakary Soumare is not currently on the club’s radar as he is instead focused on adding to his attacking options. Lampard’s comments will be a huge boost to Manchester United, as boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen on bringing in another midfielder to his squad this month and has kept tabs on Soumare. When asked if Chelsea were looking to finalise a deal for Soumare this month, Lampard said: “I’m aware of him as a player but he’s not on my radar for this window, to be fair. “We played against them and I know he’s a good player but that’s one that’s not on the immediate radar, albeit he’s a good player. “But he’s another club’s player.”JUST IN: Man Utd handed Bruno Fernandes transfer boost with player set to miss next Sporting match
