Chelsea fans were quick to spot a blunder involving Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ruben Loftus-CheekChelsea have scheduled a pre-season match against Kawasaki Frontale in Japan for July, but decided to use a picture of Hudson-Odoi and Loftus-Cheek to promote it. The reason why this is peculiar is because both players are currently injured and could even be out for the rest of the calendar year. Loftus-Cheek ruptured his Achilles tendon in a charity match he played last Thursday against New England Revolution and has already been ruled out of two competitions. The 23-year-old will miss Chelsea’s Europa League final against Arsenal in Baku, Azerbaijan on May 29. As for Hudson-Odoi, the 18-year-old underwent surgery on his ruptured Achilles tendon at the end of April after picking up the injury during Chelsea’s 2-2 draw against Burnley.
