That is the verdict of ESPN FC pundit and former USA defender Janusz Michallik. Chelsea have been slapped with a two-window transfer ban by Fifa due to breaching rules over the signing of minors. The Blues have had their first two appeals against the ban rejected but they have now taken the case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. But if they are not successful, Michallik does not think it would be the end of the world for Chelsea.
