Chelsea and Manchester United have both been advised against forking out large transfer fees for players in the Bundesliga this summer. Chelsea are closing in on a deal to sign Bayer Leverkusen wonderkid Havertz, and have submitted a fresh bid to the Bundesliga side. Leverkusen want £90million for their star man, but Chelsea have only currently bid closer to £70m.
