The teenager will officially make the move in January, joining from Tromso, having made his debut for the Norwegian side in July. Fiabema will go into the Chelsea academy rather than the first team squad, working with Andy Myers and Ed Brand. It is the first signing since Chelsea’s transfer ban was lifted since their successful appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
