The west Londoners secured their second Champions League title on Saturday night thanks to a 1-0 victory over Manchester City, but they will not be resting on their laurels and are planning major changes to their playing squad. One of the biggest names Chelsea plan to offload is Kurt Zouma, despite the Frenchman having racked up 36 appearances in all competitions and almost 3,000 minutes on the pitch. Another high-profile Chelsea player who could be on the move is Tammy Abraham, who was left out of the matchday squads for both the Champions League and FA Cup finals.
