Chelsea reportedly want to sign 13 players in the summer transfer window, after failing to make any signings in January. Manager Frank Lampard could have as much as £150million to spend in his first full summer as Blues boss. Lampard is also thought to have focussed his efforts on signing RB Leipzig’s Timo Werner, who could cost as much as £51million. According to the Daily Mail, though, there are over a dozen players who Lampard has his eye on.
