Rapido, a bike-taxi service here, is offering free rides to voters to their polling stations on Tuesday, the third phase of the Lok Sabha polls. Rapido users will have to book a bike through the Rapido app and use the coupon code “IVOTE” while booking a ride. “We are offering this service to each and every voter in the city so that they can reach their respective polling stations and cast their valuable votes. The offer will be active only during the voting hours on polling days,” Rapido city head Suman Acharjee said. Rapido was introduced in city in December last year and has recently started its venture in Shillong.
