A Shrewsbury statement read: "The pitch has been covered and is okay but the sub-zero temperatures mean that the pitch would freeze as soon as the covers come off. "With the forecast for -4 around the time of kick-off the decision has been taken with this in mind. Shrewsbury and Yeovil are battling for the right to play Lincoln in the final at Wembley Stadium on April 4, with the Imps having overcome Chelsea's U21 side. Bristol Rovers' League One fixture against Wigan Athletic on Tuesday night was also called off due to a frozen pitch at the Memorial Stadium.
