MUMBAI: Anusha Dandekar is an Indian actress and a former VJ who has hosted several Hindi reality shows. Hailing from a Pune-based Marathi family, Dandekar was born in Khartoum, Sudan (a country in North Africa) and has 2 sisters - actress and model Shibani Dandekar and Apeksha Dandekar. In 2002, Dandekar moved to Mumbai (Maharashtra) at the age of 19, to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. In 2012, she also debuted in the Marathi film industry by being a part in the Marathi movie Jai Jai Maharashtra Majha. In 2012, Dandekar debuted in the music industry with her original track 'Better Than Your Ex'.
