Pittsboro, NC – In recognition of Universal Human Rights Month, Chatham Community Library will host a virtual film screening of Daring to Resist: Three Women Who Faced the Holocaust (1999), beginning Thursday, December 9, 2021, and continuing through Thursday, December 16. In this gripping documentary, three Jewish women recall their lives as teenagers in occupied Holland, Hungary, and Poland, when they refused to remain passive as the Nazis rounded up local Jewish populations.
