Charlton Athletic grabbed a 95th-minute winner through defender Patrick Bauer to defeat Sunderland in the League One playoff final at Wembley on Sunday. Lee Bowyer’s men had gotten off to the worst possible start thanks to a comical error from goalkeeper Dillon Phillips which gave Sunderland a fifth-minute lead. Sarr passes it back to Phillips but he fails to control it and it rolls into the net! The goal, of course, set off wild scenes at Wembley as Charlton ensured that they would be playing Championship football again for the first time since 2016. 🏆 Bauer stabs it in at the second attempt to send #CAFC up in the 95th minute!
